Kim launched her career in the mortgage industry over twenty years ago and has successfully helped countless families finance homes ever since. Her multiple degrees in Math, Education, and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo prepared her well for a job helping people navigate what is often the largest and most important purchase of their lives.
With certifications in Renovation loans and Reverse mortgages, Kim also has expertise in FHA, USDA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo loans and has been continually recognized throughout her career for her sales achievements. Her greatest pleasure though, is helping people achieve their home ownership goals with as little stress as possible. She’s a past president of the Mortgage Bankers Association and heavily involved with the Reimagine Roc initiative.When not busy with her clients, Kim and her husband Scott are busy keeping up with their three kid’s activities, or challenging them to the occasional board game, and spending time with family and friends. Not to mention the two dogs.
