Robb began his mortgage career in 2005 with a local finance company focused on refinancing and home improvement loans. Early in his career, he was given the opportunity to step into a leadership role, managing a $37 million branch within two years. Over the next decade, he continued to grow professionally, serving as both a Branch Manager and Area Manager. Having worked as a community bank lender, mortgage broker, and mortgage banker, Robert has developed a broad and practical understanding of the lending landscape. His hands-on experience in both originating and managing loans gives him a well-rounded perspective that benefits the clients he serves.
With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Robb is committed to guiding his clients through the loan process with clarity and care. A lifelong resident of Rochester, he graduated from Bishop Kearney High School and earned his undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College. He later completed his MBA at RIT’s Saunders College of Business. During his time at Fisher, He was named to the New York State All-Region Team for Collegiate Baseball. Today, he enjoys giving back to the game by coaching his son’s travel baseball team.
Robb believes that while the mortgage industry continues to evolve, one principle remains constant: keeping both your short-term and long-term financial goals in focus is key to making sound mortgage decisions.
